Role (Full time, remote)
We are looking for a Business Developer to discover, close, and maintain the relationship with integration partners of the Symbiotic protocol. You will be working closely within the ecosystem team to distribute and help refine the value proposition of Symbiotic.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and own relationships with integration partners across different verticals
- Identify and engage potential new partners through proactive outreach
- Maintain regular communication with partners to track integration progress and roadmap alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to facilitate successful integrations and help provide specialized support guidance to integrators
- Comprehensively understand the technical architecture of Symbiotic and how it stands out from other shared security/restaking platforms
- Develop and implement efficient support processes and workflows
- Representing Symbiotic both offline (industry events/conferences) and online (podcasts, spaces, etc...)
Requirements
- Relevant experience working on a tier-1 infrastructure crypto protocol or business in a business development, sales, or similar role
- Crypto-native with a passion for blockchain technology and its ability to drive decentralisation and change globally
- Demonstrated success and personal network in a relevant crypto industry vertical
- Dynamic individual that can adapt to client needs based on their requirements
